Deposit
We require a deposit of 25% of the total cost of the booking in order to secure the booking. Please note that this deposit is non refundable.
Payment
The balance of 75% must be paid at least 4 weeks prior to the Booking date.
Also, we will require a fully refundable breakage deposit of €100.
Payment must be made by bank transfer.
Seasonal Periods Rates Per Week 01 January to 30 March €490 per week 01 April to 31 October €560 per week 01 November - 31 December €490 per week
Cancellation
If you need to cancel your booking, the following will apply:
Cancellations within 4 weeks of the booking date, 100% of the rental will be charged.
We cannot accept responsibility for strikes, floods, fire, airport closure or any other events outside our control.
Pets and Smoking Policy
We do not allow Pets into the Gite. Also, smoking is not allowed inside the Gite.
Holiday Insurance
We strongly recommend you take out adequate insurance whilst you are on holiday. We cannot accept responsibility for loss or damage of any personal items, or injury whilst staying in our Gite.
We will email you instructions on finding the Gite in Bize Minervois about 2 weeks prior to your arrival.
